Our Feathered Friends - 2

~Who swings his nest with straw and twine?
Who's black and orange - satin-fine?
Who's name was used by a baseball team?
A BALTIMORE ORIOLE and his queen!~

~Just call me Bob, for I'm, no snob,
My songs will make you blink
Though it's not nice, I ruin rice
I'm a black and white BOBOLINK.~

~I've a forehead red and a rosy breast,
I'm sort of striped for all the rest,
I live up north the whole year long
When my family is grown, I sing my REDPOLL song.~

~I'm usually yellow with striped wing bars,
You can hear my cheerful song from afar.
When eating I never tarry,
I'm a very pretty Warbler CANARY.~

~I live in the country and never rush,
Actually you could call me a thrush
My song is the sweetest you've ever heard,
I'm a very, very BLUEBIRD.~

~I'm brown and barred with a crescent back,
I'm not inclined to bicker,
Wing shafts of red and a mustache red,
Make me a RED-SHAFTER FLICKER~

~I'm a villan so I'm told,
I steal and cuss and rave and scold,
The worst you'll find on any day,
A pretty blue and white BLUE JAY.~
